I see Kem at Fast Nails , she is always so pleasant and efficient always does a fantastic job.
I’ve been returning here because appointments are always honored on time unlike other places which make you wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
I was in town with my husband, who was traveling for work. He had meetings with clients and I had several hours to kill. I needed a fill/balance and found this business when looking at nail salons near where I was going to be. I walked in around 12:30 on a Thursday. The receptionist was very kind. I waited maybe 3 minutes, if that, before I was sat with a tech named Kem. Kem was very friendly. She was efficient and detail-oriented. I knew what I wanted and had an inspo pic. She seemed kind of taken back at first and I said that it didn't have to look like that and I was pretty low maintenance with end result, especially with designs. I was taken at the exact time of my appointment, it was my first time in their salon. It was clean and everyone seemed very polite. Even though the salon was busy. I saw Cho, for a gel pedi. She was very attentive and detailed. I enjoyed my pedicure and the treatment and I will go back.
