Out of pocket… buy one get one that includes Oakley/Nike was a surprise. Figured would only apply to the “cheaper” frames or be capped at a lesser price point. Got an Oakley and a Nike.
Both pair actually ready for pickup less than 24 hours from the exam. Can’t ask for more. My fault for putting off signing up for vision at work and having to go into pocket. Can’t ask for more from the team at eyeglass world tho…

My wife recently got glasses here after a virtual exam.
It’s unbelievable to me that she has gone back 6 times to have them adjusted which was attempted by three different members of the staff.
The last time ( yesterday ), she was told the feeling of an incorrect fit was more due to temperature changes more than fit.
Today, we went to another company and their employee took the time to actually look at each ear and feel the fit while adjusting them. She tells me they are very comfortable now and is having no discomfort wearing them FINALLY !

I went to the Monroeville store to pick up my glasses. A gentleman greeted me and helped me get my glasses from the back. Before I could even try my glasses on, he walked to the back of the store. During this whole interaction, he had his phone on speaker. Thankfully, Michelle stepped in to help assist me. She made an unpleasant experience more pleasant. I am thankful for employees who have great customer service!
