My pet had an emergency, and I was very upset. They rushed him back and took care of him immediately. Not only was his care phenomenal but the staff was amazing too. I want to especially say thank you to Debbie at the front desk for her help, caring and empathy. She was absolutely amazing. whatever you need to do, DO NOT LET HER EVERY LEAVE. She is a the definition of kind and a great face of AVETS.

I can't say enough good about the care, compassion, and empathy they provided early this morning when we had to put our Zoey to sleep. They did everything they could to make us and our dog as comfortable as possible in a very stressful time.

I brought my cat here in the middle of the night with an allergic reaction. The staff was extremely helpful and empathetic during the whole process, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was! I was expecting at least $500 for the medications and ultrasound, but it was less than $250!
