My name is Albert Meiers, the user of the c-pap machine. I did a virtual yesterday with support . She was very knowledgeable in all areas of operation of the machine. Very personable and answered any questions I had.
The representatives that called me to get things set up were pleasant and helpful. BUT when I had a question & called to check on something that representative was not pleasant, borderline rude. My supplies were mailed to me, I received the tracking information for my shipment the same day it arrived. That was not really helpful. Overall I guess my experience has been okay so far.
