“I had an appointment at 8:10 at the Beaver, PA location and the person I was seeing (Michelle) didn't even arrive until 8:20. They called me back to the exam room and waited 20+ minutes for her to come in. Barely looked at my face and prescribed a medication. Then I go to checkout and she comes out and she is having a fit because the staff hadn't filled up the exam rooms with other patients. So, disrespectful to the front office staff to act like that in front of other patients. I won't be back...my time is more valuable but, obviously it's not to her. Seriously, don't schedule appointments if you can't even arrive on time. Seems like they just want your money.“
