“I called today, expecting to having to leave a voicemail. I was surprised when Dr. Trotta herself answered the phone. I told her that since it was a Sunday, I would be happy to call back during normal business hours. She was very gracious, and said that it was fine and would be happy to answer any questions I had and explain their services. She said, unfortunately she's not seeing clients right now because she is recuperating from a fall. She said she would be happy to refer me to Dr. Webster, a local chiropractor. Dr. Trotta has a masseur on staff, who comes in on alternate Saturdays. She took my name and number to confirm when he's going to be in. He's been teaching massage therapy for 30 years. They offer standard chiropractic services (stimulation, etc.), as well as physical therapy, and hypnosis for smoking cessation and weight loss. She's been in business 8 years. Thorough and patient in explaining her business services, I hope she's in business many more.”
