When we had a leak in our ceiling from the AC this summer (in our brand new home!), Servpro Beaver County was the only company to respond immediately on a Sunday. Jeff reached out within minutes and had a team over same day. Throughout the process, Jeff has always been available and involved in the work his team is doing. Servpro Beaver County did the remediation work in July and I just had them come back to do the drywall and paint repair. They did a fantastic job working with our insurance and completing thorough repairs at our home. Highly recommend this team!
ServPro just wrapped up an extensive remodel of my rental property due to a burst pipe in the winter. Cari, Jeff, and Greg were super helpful and did a great job handling the remodel. Quality work, timelines were met, and they were very accommodating dealing with the insurance company. Thanks team!
We had a different company prepare for plumbing work that needed done but when we were informed of ServPro to reconstruct afterwards we chose them and found out it was the wisest choice. They not only put things back together but made it clear they wanted it the best possible and it certainly is. I would recommend them any time because they really recognized the individual and personal needs involved to really improve our home after a lengthy period of disruption.
