“I want to share a story.
The entire staff is awesome. One staff member who handles patient check out is particularly awesome.
My husband and I checked out. We called my husband's medical transport to pick us up. It was getting later and very cold and they couldn't find a Lyft driver. So I started to download Uber. If we had to pay ourselves we had to get home.
My phone was extremely slow. So the only person left at the front desk was Jessica.
She pulled Uber up on her phone, used my card and we found a driver. She kept Uber on her phone til she was sure they came.
Her help and kindness should be recognized.
