Could not be more impressed than we are. Phil (owner) came to give us a quote, he explained everything, answered all our question’s and we hired TBE for the job. This was a big job because our basement was finished and started getting water over the last few years and it was taking its toll on us for clean up. The crew had most of the work done within 3 days. We needed a drain system around 3 walls of our home, in the center of our home and 2 pumps added. Tyler (foreman) and his crew did great work. Whole process was professional and easy. Showed up when expected to, finished the job ahead of schedule and on price. Everyone treated myself, the homeowner, with professionalism and respect. No try to upsell unneeded items and explained situations that were found in the installation process. Subsurface drains and pump installed.

Without even getting into the quality of their work, the team at The Basement Expert is far and away the best contractor I've interacted with regardless of area of expertise. They are prompt to respond to begin the process, consultative, do what they say they will do, and have a team that is professional and polite. If every company acted like The Basement Expert the world would be a much better place.
