To say Chad the security guard to this facility at check-in was AMAZING is an understatement! I hope you don't stop there. You have the charisma and customer service to climb up any ladder.The office people at Milton were definitely SUB PAR. Definitely do my minimum and clock out type of attitude. Loading went great in and out in less than 2 hours.I would come back there's parking 20 and 30 miles away headed west. Hwy 11 and 15 are both truck routes if you're coming from the York area. Hwy 147 to I80 will bring you straight here don't follow GPS once you're less than 15 miles from Milton take the 147 like the sign says. I read a lot of bad reviews but I can say I totally disagree. I got onsite at 12:25 and checked in 5 to 10 minutes later. Got a dock door and in less than 10 minutes the light was red and the trailer was being loaded. Appointment time was 1:00 and they didn’t turn me away b/c I was a little early. Not as bad as I thought from the reviews I read. Only complaint I have is that the load could have paid a little better, $2.77 a mile. Rates are down so I guess that ain’t that bad??‍♂️

Great and pleasant people work with. Was on a load with from TX - OK - IN and it went really smooth, we had all the information needed and quick response from them. Special thanks to Jesus and Sara
