Enter Jennifer—stylist, hair whisperer, and conversational goddess. She asked all the right questions without making me feel like I was filling out a medical intake form, figured out how I live my life (low-maintenance chaos), and somehow translated that into the perfect cut and style.

I left looking like the main character in a feel-good rom-com makeover montage. Plus, the convo was so good I forgot I was a stranger in the chair—Jennifer made me feel like a loyal VIP from the very first snip.
