Log Building Maintenance and Restoration did a fantastic job on our project! We hired them to replace some rotted logs and siding. Communication with Amy in the office was top notch. Ethan, Tim and there crew on our jobsite were fantastic. Our job became a little larger after more rot was found and they did not skip a beat! Nothing was a problem. They even handled communicating with our metal roofing contractor to coordinate flashing repairs. I would definately recommend this company for log cabin restoration and repair work!See before and after pics.

We would never have anyone else wash, stain & repair our log home! Log Building Maintenance & Restoration does a professional job. Everyone at the company is Great! We feel Elvin is part of our family now. He has been here both times we had our house washed & stained. He took so much care into everything he did, like it was his own home. We really appreciate the care he gave us. Thank you so very much.

Last year we bought our log cabin and met Tom who came out and gave us a thorough review of what our cabin needed. The prior owners had used the wrong stain, which had run down the side of the house (we had to replace the parging due to flaking as well), and a section of siding was rotted. We scheduled with Laura and Amy who were courteous, efficient, and patient will all of my questions. The crew that came out, Dillen, Cory and Miguel, did a fantastic job!
