I would highly recommend Log Building Maintenance and Restoration. The team that was sent to our home this October 2025 to do our Caulking, and address issues that we had from the previous crew, went above and beyond for us. They did what they were sent to do, plus went above and beyond and fixed all issues that we had. They were extremely professional, courteous, clean and had all appropriate equipment. We will definitely be using this company in the future for all our Log Home needs.
The office provided information and coordination to work around our schedule. When the crew arrived they got right to work. During the repairs additional work was needed and the price was very fair. The worked through some challenges and rough weather. They were very professional and courteous. The final product was completed on time and I couldn’t be happier.
This was a project we were very anxious about. From the beginning when I reached out initially to LBMR a couple years ago to begin learning about what to with the log cabin we had just purchased LBMR was exceptional. While we knew quite a bit about traditional stick built houses, we knew nothing about log homes, and their sales team was patient and very kind to take all the time we needed to answer our never ending questions.
