Non plumber here, came here to get wax rings. Tom at the desk heard out my requirements and measurements, looked at the pictures and immediately gave me exactly what I needed. I wasted close to an hour at the Home Depot at East Liberty before this.
It was also a good price, I believe close to half the price of the same item at Home Depot.

Helped me figure out a plan for some DIY work, especially helpful as I'm a first time homeowner. Very responsive and helpful. Prices were much lower than you'd see from large hardware stores (home depot, lowes, etc.) Will definitely come back if I have other plumbing tasks in the future.

Great place for finding plumbing supplies and solutions, I don't normally do plumbing, only when I have no other good option. Tom broke down what I needed to do just off a few pictures, and put the right parts in my hand in seconds. Any extra drive time you spend you'll save plus more than looking through the big box store shelves and trying to find a solution. Just come here, it'll save you a lot of time and headache.
