“First time going to Hair Express... Charlene is an amazing stylist! I showed her an example of a style and asked to make it age appropriate (I'm no spring chicken). It turned out spectacular! The husband unit approved as soon as he saw me. She definitely has skills and experience! She is now my go to for every cut. Her prices can't be beat.“
