Went in for neck pain and came out feeling better than before. I had a great experience with the team and everyone there made it such a welcoming environment! I would absolutely go back if I needed PT again.
I can’t recommend them enough! I had the pleasure of working with Joel back in November. I came in because I had mother’s wrist after giving birth to my daughter. I could barely do anything. I left there feeling confident about my daily task and confident that I could do things again. Joel is kind, patient, and understanding. He meets me where I am and builds off that slowly. I had a couple sessions with Adam and he was also cool as well. The level of professionalism here is amazing. We don’t see place where there’s good customer service anymore. I had an excellent experience at Drayer Physical Therapy in Millersville, PA. Adam and Joel were my Physical therapist, they took time with me at every visit to see what is currently happening with my issues that I was being treated for, they would give me exercises, go over my progress, give me a lot of encouragement, which was very helpful and motivating. They are very knowledgeable in their field of work. It is a very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door, always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend them!
