Our experience was great. I called about a used refrigerator, the girl answered and bf we told her we w be up she had the guys bring them to the showroom and plugged them in and Roy helped us the next day and pointed out the things that were not 100 percent and we bought the smaller but most expensive one, it has taken away so much stress trying to jam everything into one fridge, thank you all staff !!! It's still working

Burns has great customer service. They are quick to respond and get the job done right. We just had an electrical emergency and they were able to come first thing the next day to solve the problem. They are also very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing along the way. I'd highly recommend and will continue using them.

the man that was here was very nauliable and explained to me how to fill up air in our water pressure tank ourselves its something easy if you have a air compressor to put air in it and how much to put in it.thank goodness it was something simple to fix. im hoping that solves the problem.I haven't received the bill yet,hope its is not to expensive.
