“We first met Mark from JM Riehl Builders early last year (2025). We were looking to build a house, but had no idea where to begin or what it would cost.

Mark was very receptive to our ideas and budget. He gave us several plans and prices. We ended up working together with him, and came up with a semi-custom design that fit our needs and budget.

The construction process started on time. The job site was always kept neat and tidy. The suppliers and sub-contractors were professional and respectful.

Mark and his brother John kept weekly updates with us as the work progressed.

Our house turned out better than we had expected. There are still a few finishing touches that will need to wait until spring to finish. We are looking forward to working with Mark and John again when the weather warms up.
