Well, they are direct to the point, office staff almost not friendly but with that said.Those very same people crossed every T, dotted every I. They hurriedSelected frames right off that they were accurate in what I would like and chose.

My experience was a very good one! Typically it takes 3-4 weeks for my eyes to adjust completely to new glasses but this pair was perfect right out of the gate. The staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I'll be returning from now on

The actual eye doctor was amazing. However, the lady at the frame room is extremely rude and lied to me. She told me that nobody else in the area sccepts my insirance and they only accepted it because I was a previous client. I called around and everybody i called accepts that insurance. She pressured me into buying glasses when I hated the frames. Kept saying no other place would have frames that fit me. Recommend people go elsewhere for new glasses.
