This is a fabulous hair salon located in rural Mill Hall! I was cutting 19 inches off and needed precision and accuracy - Jenna delivered! We had a fabulous conversation while she gave me an amazing haircut. She went above and beyond, especially for the low price point. You could tell these ladies really wanted you to feel beautiful in your own skin. I wholeheartedly recommend The Hair Refinery for anyone looking for an amazing haircut!

It's always a pleasure going to The Hair Refinery. The owner, Susan, does a wonderful job with cuts and color, and her shop has a large selection of useful hair products. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, too!
