Walmart Vision & Glasses

Went in to get frames for my husband's lenses, he had just had an accident. Staff was very rude explaining that if you didn't buy them here we can't just put your lenses in new frames. Ok if that's their policy, fine, whatever, but don't be such a b about it. Anyway, go to the eye glass place by ShopRite instead. Staff was super nice, changed the frames no problem and it cost me like $60. God I hate Walmart, hope the eye center closes like their salon did.

Went to get nose pads replaced on my new glasses and the woman gave me my glasses with a huge scratch on my lens. When I told her what she did all she said was “we’re not responsible for damages” and said “it could’ve been there before” and I told no I just gotten these glasses and I just wanted softer nose pads. What blows my mind was not even a sorry from this woman, is what got me really pissed off. I will never go to this place ever again, Vision in Middletown Walmart is way better.

Just got off the phone with Walmart. They were very kind and connected me with the vision center. However the vision center never answered their phone. I swear the thing must have rang a thousand times. Call was directed back to the customer service for Walmart . Again, very kind. But if you can't even answer your phone for business, you're not getting my business
