If you have never trained MMA, BJJ, etc, and you live or in the area, STOP BY TRISTATE!THE best school I have ever taken a class with and I will definitely be going back. Everyone is incredibly friendly, absolutely helpful and very attentive to beginners.Want to start training? I love this gym. I've been here for 7 years now and everyday I like it more. Not your typical gym or dojo we are a family. And they have done nothing but breed strength and success in my life.
I can't say enough about these guys. Top notch instruction among a group of excellent, hard-working students. My son and I had the chance to take a Muay Thai class with them tonight and it was fantastic. An amazing workout with some great people!
