I've been here three times now, with an eye issue that other doctors had failed to diagnose. I now have a diagnosis and a treatment. Yes, there's some wait time in the office, which I attribute to people getting examined, dilated, examined some more. Normal eye dr stuff. But everyone here has been nice. And today, when I was having eye pain and I was desperate for relief, they squeezed me in and finally I have answers. I'm so grateful, and I highly recommend this practice!
I was referred here because of cataracts. I found all the doctors and staff very nice and didn't have a single issue with anyone. Had both eyes done 3 weeks apart and my vision is amazing. Yes it took me awhile to get an appointment but that is with any specialty. Extremely happy with my experience.
Joanne, at the front desk, is very helpful and understanding. Dr. Haggarty, who evaluated me initially, was extremely thorough and very pleasant. Dr. Palydowycz is very knowledgeable, professional and intelligent. I am an RN of 50 years (married to a physician) and have interfaced with a myriad of health care professionals in my career. I can honestly say that I feel confident in their hands for my upcoming cataract surgery.
