Recently had cataract surgery in both eyes, 2 weeks apart. Surgery went well. When I made the appointment, I was told it was a fragrance free environment. Signs on the door remind you of this. Not unreasonable. A mask is not a horrible request either as these doctors are getting right up in your face. Let's not make them sick. As for Dr. Palydowcz, I found him to be caring about the whole patient, not just their eyes. When I mentioned my husband was a past patient, he asked how he was. Unfortunately, my husband has passed. Dr. Paly stopped and asked how I was doing. WOW! Cares about all of me. I will definitely recommend him.
Been going here for years and never had a problem. Doctors give a very thorough exam and explain everything. Even give sunglasses after pupils are dilated. Definitely will continue going there. All you have to do is shower people, there's no need to complain about not being able to wear perfume for a few hours (if that) out of a day
To the woman complaining about not being able to wear perfume: It's on their website it's on their forms, it's on their appointment cards and I've even seen a sign on their door. So sorry your mom couldn't skip perfume one day. How selfish to risk the health of the doctors and staff there. Im sure they wont miss you. Personally I've found the staff very friendly and professional.
