I’ve been to nearly every mechanic around town and M&E has been the most honest and caring. Everyone there has been very kind. Communication is excellent. When i dropped my car off, they made sure to ask if there was any other concerns and were patient while i explained (never had this before, most places don’t care to listen to me). They even sent me a picture of what was wrong. They also took the time to show me in person and explain it outside of business hours. They seem to actually want to figure out the real problem, and they don’t try to talk you into fixing other things. Highly recommend!!!

This shop has become such a lifesaver! My car needed A LOT of work, and they were so kind, helpful, and informative through the whole process. When I tried to get my car down to the shop, it started acting weird and I needed a tow. It was a Sunday evening and they answered immediately, and got my car off the side of the road super quick!
Everyone there is so friendly and I will never trust anyone else with my vehicles!
