The professionals at Kilowatt came to us through the PP&L RAP program. Jason & Will came out to diagnose the issue & provided Jordan the information needed to estimate the work. All communication was prompt & complete so we could schedule the work. Jordan worked well with PP&L and local inspector to coordinate a quick turnaround as the 92 yr old homeowner is infirmed & on oxygen. Power shutdown needed to be minimized & they worked with that. One of the electricians was unable to make it to the house & immediately Jordan drove to South Abington to pitch-in to complete the work. All wiring & terminations are clean & dressed. A few days later a small issue arose & Jordan was quick to come back & make corrections. Jordan & his staff always had our interests in mind.
