Very helpful and friendly staff. Model homes to look at too. I purchased one but haven't had it put up yet. No problems so far. Very accommodating, timely return calls or emails.
I purchased a KSM log home kit in 2010 and currently considering another. They are a well run shop that will provide a well planned and fitting log home. We enjoyed our first cabin for 7 years with no isssues and would recommend them to others.
