Everyone atthis veterinary office were very very helpful and pleasant the veterinarian did answer any questions and even offered good information. I believe the staff would be good at looking after probably anybody's pet but especially mine a very large male cat , who certainly didn't cooperate but he received very good care.
We travel an hour for our cats. The vets and their staff are always so caring and compassionate. They take time and answer all questions and you're never rushed through. You are also given upfront pricing so never any surprises.
Our cats been patients for at least a year now & we have been incredibly happy with the care that they have received.ALL of the vets and techs have been very kind and understanding. Each one has taken the time to listen to our concerns and treat our cats with love and compassion (even the cats that have to be medicated prior to the visit).We have never had an issue with the customer service that we have received. Everyone at the front desk has been courteous and professional at every visit.
