Our cats been patients for at least a year now & we have been incredibly happy with the care that they have received.ALL of the vets and techs have been very kind and understanding. Each one has taken the time to listen to our concerns and treat our cats with love and compassion (even the cats that have to be medicated prior to the visit).We have never had an issue with the customer service that we have received. Everyone at the front desk has been courteous and professional at every visit.
Lewistown branch didn't survive the pandemic. The mifflintown branch seems to have severely restricted hours. I'm considering looking for another Vet if I can't get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time even though they do really well with my animals.
Absolutely wonderful staff! Dr. Ehrisman is so intelligent and kind hearted! She always takes her time and is extremely thorough! They did extensive tests on my best furry friend and, thankfully, everything is ok! So glad and grateful to have great veterinary care not too far away from home!
