10/18/23, Excellent customer service and excellent warranty repair. IWI is a company that standby and honor their products. I purchased a Tavor TS 12 Shot Gun, I experienced a feed malfunction after firing only 500 rds through this weapon, i contacted customer service they walked me through the process of returning my firearm, The problem was a faulty carrier latch. This issue was a warranty issue and was replaced with no charge. This process from free (IWI) shipping the weapon to IWI and the return of my firearm was 9 days. The weapon is working perfectly. i am very pleased with this company and my purchase. Awesome just Awesome!
