We were told that our insulation date would be Monday. Then on Sunday they called us and pushed it back to the next Monday. The following Sunday we were contacted and told that they would not be arriving tomorrow and had no idea when they could do the insulation because they decided to get all the builders jobs done first before they began residential. They would not give us a timeframe or sell us the insulation to do it ourselves. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Kevin Hill should not have given us a insulation date, then a postpone date, and then decide not to do it at all.

The best insulation company i work for Kevin and he is a nice guy and take care of you i never have a problem with my paid sometimes I have to do extra job for the builders I do it and when I get to the shop I told them and paid me no much to said best company on PA

My builder had you install the rain spouts, there is a damaged one going across the garage door, the one people see right away , you will not replace it, answer, damage has nothing to do with the function of the flow of the water, hahahaha that's like driving a new car off the lot and get home and the whole right side is scratchy and dented, then tell the person that the dents and scratches have nothing to do with the operation of the car, I pay the builder for a new rain spout, you gave me a damaged one, would appreciate a new one or I will do as the Maryland BBB suggested.---" I would suggest contacting the Attorney's General office or The Bureau of Consumer...read full review
