This was some fine chimney work. Careful grinding, repointing, and the cap placed and caulked for later service if desired. They mentioned they'll be back to powerwash the masonry dust off after it dries, which in my mind is above and beyond. Fair price once I saw the excellent work they put into it. It may not be your cheapest bid, but it will be much better work.
An actual person responded to my call which was what I thought to be common but low and behold was not. He showed up on time and completed a thorough cleaning and inspection of our fireplace and chimney to get us set for the winter. Would absolutely use again and encourage others to do so.
