After a study, patients can use free aftercare services, including medication management by a psychiatrist, without requiring insurance. The staff is friendly and helpful, clearly explaining the process efficiently. Patients praise the site's ability to accommodate personal schedules and keep them updated on any changes. The staff at Suburban Research Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to work with your personal schedule to get you appointments and keep you updated if there are any changes. I have done several studies with them over the years and am never disappointed with the level of service provided.
Overall I had a positive experience with Suburban Research Associates. My biggest criticism stems from my interactions with Dr. Hatti. Dr. Hatti seems to suffer from auditory deficit disorder. On multiple occasions I have conveyed to Dr. Hatti that I was sleep-deprived from being off a particular medication. Dr. Hatti encouraged me to hang in there as he believed I was benefiting from the experimental medication. It was not a good outcome.On the positive side I found the rest of the staff to be incredibly professional.
It's hard for me to convey just how much in awe l am with Suburban's process so far. The staff have been beyond flexible with my schedule. In fact, I reached out quite late into the evening and received an immediate response, quite to my surprise. Every staff member I have spoken with so far has been kind, patient, compassionate, and a genuinely good listener. I haven't felt this comfortable discussing my medical history with anyone at any point in my life, not even my primary care provider. I felt understood, valued, and as if I didn't have to justify or explain myself to exhaustion. Each step of the process has been very smooth. I look forward to proceeding with my first study, and I feel confident that my health and well-being are the number one consideration at Suburban Research.
