OK so I talked with Miranda and she was really good – she arranged everything for me and had a really great attitude. She scheduled my appointment and it was with the same doctor. I talked to last year only this time it was the video call which is really good so the whole experience actually from beginning to end that's including talking to the state of Pennsylvania - they were very helpful also I am extremely grateful for that because this has the real potential for someone like me to be a nightmare.
