My uncle was a Vietnam vet, & when he passed away, they allowed us to have a memorial service here for him. The people who run the place are amazing, they offered things I didn't realize were available, they had volunteers who gave my uncle a 21 gun salute, they also did a flag folding ceremony, & presented the flag to my mom, because my uncle wasn't married. The whole experience was truly touching, & was truly a great send off for my uncle who served two tours in Vietnam, & was a Sargeant in the Army. The VFW hosted a charity BINGO game to benefit the Rocky Run YMCA. It was organized, clean, and friendly. The guys there were very welcoming and obviously had great pride in the place, in their community, and in the mission of the VFW. Can't wait to visit again.

Very hard to find the entrance to this hall if on foot. Google maps directed me to a parking lot for a different business on Baltimore Pike. The VFW Hall sits behind the business up a hill. The hall itself was nice enough with a separate bar. Attended an Irish event there and saw singer / entertainer Deaglan Mac Lochlainn --> a great performance wherever he plays.
