Media Veterinary Hospital is a highly regarded veterinary clinic, known for its helpful, informative, and friendly staff. Long-time clients drive long distances to continue using their services, and new clients have positive experiences with personable veterinarians. Despite being under renovation, the hospital still provides excellent care for animals, making them feel comfortable and at home. The staff are very kind and understanding, especially with nervous or reactive pets, going out of their way to handle animals gently and without stress. They also make special efforts to accommodate pets that may be fearful or upset during visits. However, getting an appointment for a sick dog can sometimes be difficult, as they may refer emergencies to the animal emergency room when it might not be necessary. Nonetheless, the clinic continues to be trusted for its compassionate care and dedicated team.
I went to Media Veterinary Hospital extremely upset due to an issue with my baby’s nails. I felt so comforted by ALL of the staff there ensuring me that they would take care of him and they did just that. I am so thankful and grateful that they are my baby’s doctors. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Snoodles.
The Media Vet staff was very kind and understanding with my panicked Jack Russell. Went out of their way to handle her without causing her stress. Only issue is trying to get an appointment when a dog is sick. They refer you to the animal emergency room when it doesn't require that level of care. I guess we need more vets.
Dr. Peters, the vet techs, and staff are amazing. I have a very reactive/fearful dog who loathes going to the vet. They make every accommodation to ensure that he has a thorough wellness check, despite his issues. I am so appreciative of their willingness to care for my little guy.
