Update:Dr. Sung stopped taking my insurance and the new doctor is just not the same. I will be looking for a new dentist for myself and my husband.Also, I’ve noticed turnover with front desk staff. Recently I called to say my son developed a cough on the morning of the appointment and I was concerned for flu because close contacts have been diagnosed with the flu within the past few days. This is the best dentist office hands down. Incredible staff and clean environment. They always see us on time, are able to give an idea of cost ahead of procedures, and they treat my kids like gold. We are a family of 6 and we all love going to the dentist, even my 4 year old.

I absolutely love this Dentist! I’ve been a patient at Lima Media for over 5 years and every interaction I’ve had with any one there has been incredibly positive! The dentists are all kind and happy to explain anything. The hygienists are super friendly and gentle. The front office staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating and communicative. I’ve never felt pushed to do a procedure that did not feel necessary (I’ve experienced this elsewhere). Thank you so much for serving Delaware County so well for all these years!!!!!
