Had a minor leak from HVAC unit so called Cool-It. Same day service fixed problem and said they would order replacement part to avoid future issues. Returned to install new part and all fine. Appreciate the discount I receive by being a service account member. The quality of service and follow up is first class. Absolutely recommend Cool-It for all things HVAC.
