“The owner came out immediately to assess what needed to be done. 2nd floor bathroom needed a new toilet, plumbing, new shut-off valve on sink, and flooring. 1st floor needed drywall and access panel to pipes in ceiling. Workers were knowledgeable, respectful, kept us informed, and cleaned up after jobs were completed. Owner is easy to talk to when discussing work needed. Cost was fair.
