The Salon at Ulta Beauty offers a range of services, including haircuts, hair coloring, brow treatments, lash services, and makeup application. Customers can book appointments online or walk in if stylists are available. While some customers have experienced long wait times and expressed frustration, the staff at Ulta Beauty have been praised for their exceptional customer service. One customer commended the cashier for handling the workload of three people by herself, and another thanked the cashier and an older lady with glasses for being "severely nice" when others walked past them. Additionally, a customer had a great makeup lesson with an employee named DJ, who was passionate about teaching and recommending quality products.
