Had the pleasure of doing business with Jose at Just Simple PC's. I had an unfortunate accident with my gaming laptop where the LCD was damaged. He was able to find the part number for a new screen and get it fixed quickly. The price for both the parts and labor were fair for the job. If anyone in the Cumberland County is in need of a reliable PC Tech Guy who knows his stuff, Jose is the guy you're looking for.
i received a computer from Amazon which had been damaged in transit. Rather than return it, I took it to Jose to see if it made sense to repair it locally. He did just that, in a short time, for a very reasonable price. Great guy and great service. Very highly recommended.
Started working with Jose back in 2018. I purchased several desktops from him and had service work from him. He is the best! He is knowledgeable, professional, prompt and fair with his pricing. He closed his shop and I thought he retired. But he is back in business at his home. He cleaned my highjacked computer and restored it back to my original settings and the crooks can't access my machine anymore. I won't use anyone else. Thanks Jose.
