H.L. Stoneberger Plumbing & Heating is known for reliable service and skilled technicians. They handle various HVAC and plumbing repairs efficiently, often completing multiple repairs in one day. The team, including Jake and Chris, are respectful and considerate, even mindful of pets in the home. Customers appreciate their ability to fix unexpected issues quickly and within the expected timeframe. The business also provides helpful estimates and prompt scheduling, making the repair process smooth. However, one customer noted concerns about a driver on the road, mentioning unsafe driving behavior. Overall, Stoneberger’s is trusted for quality work and friendly service, making it a preferred choice for HVAC and plumbing needs.
I cannot rate there services, so I feel bad leaving a negative review. But their driver on the road with a Ford pick up and enclosed trailer is driving like a complete idiot. 20+ over the speed limit, weaving in and out of traffic and then flying across two lanes to exit.🤦🏻♂️
Stoneberger’s is one of those groups that knocks it out of the park every time. We had numerous repairs to be completed before we sold our home and Stoneberger’s was able to do them all in 1 day. Ryan gave us the estimate and was able to get us scheduled before we moved; Jake and Chris are incredibly nice to work with and made sure to keep and eye out for my curious kitties while they worked in the basement. Jake hit a few snags with the repairs (old houses have weird problems), but he was able to get everything done in the same timeframe. We’ll always use Stoneberger’s for anything HVAC or plumbing related!
Ryan was so easy to work with, even with numerous emails back and forth to get a few repairs scheduled before we sold our house. Jake and Chris are awesome technicians and very respectful of the home they’re working in. They were also mindful of my curious kitties! Jake hit a few snags with our plumbing repairs, but he was able to fix them and still got it all done in the expected time frame. Love using Stoneberger’s for any HVAC and plumbing repairs
