So I of course was skeptical but overall it was great! They fit me right in on a day when I was having a bad migraine and neck/back pain. It smelled clean and appeared clean. She hit all the right places and even used hot stones and a hot towel. She even tied my hair up for me to keep the oils out of it. For the price you cannot beat this. They offered me a water afterward. I truely believe in massage being healing and I feel 10x better after than I did before.
I went in for a deep tissue full body massage, late September. And told Anna ( My masseuse) my problem areas were my sciatica, Lower back and shoulders. She removed my muscle pain and knots, In my troubled areas, and other muscles I didn't realize were sore. She also gave me a hot stone treatment at no extra charge, and was very professional. I was extremely happy with my massage. And will be returning soon.
3 times I've gone in and I request Ellen every time. She is amazing. The massage is with the perfect pressure plus the stretches are very beneficial too. I highly recommend the spa and Ellen specifically.
