However, some patients have reported difficulties in communicating with the schedulers and secretaries, who may not always address their concerns.
Recently moved to the area and my very first visit was exceptional, from the clerk, nurses, and doctors I felt appreciated and respected. I was seen right away, hands down the fastest I've been seen ever especially for a walk in. Facility was modern with unique sliding doors and very very clean, what a blessing this place is thank you
Had an appointment to get my hearing aids, went in, they called for me, went back and the doc was great. She went over everything and made sure I understood what she was talking about. Very very pleased.
Fantastic facility and staff. Those who gave poor reviews are likely people for whom nothing is ever good enough, and they choose to blame others. I tell everyone I know who is eligible to utilize this facility - thank you Cumberland Clinic!
