My story of lower back pain is like many others. My lower back locked up and I can’t move. I go to Urgent Care and am better on muscle relaxers and steroids. Until it happens again….and again.
Next, I go the route of Orthopedic Dr and an MRI. You have some L4, L5 bulging discs. I’m told to do some exercises which don’t help.
Thankfully I find Dr. Fullmer. He took X-rays of my entire spine, not just where the pain was. My neck, my cervical spine, had lost it’s natural curve. I had terrible posture, hunched down and forward.
Dr. Fullmer designed a plan and after three months of twice a week treatment, I felt better then I had in years. Not only is my lower back almost pain free, my posture is so improved that I am no longer hunched forward looking down at the ground when I walk but looking out and seeing nature like a normal person!
