Angel Nails offers a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The salon's employees are skilled and friendly, aiming to provide thorough service. While the staff may have difficulty understanding English, they are eager to please customers.
The salon offers dip nail sets, but some customers have reported issues with lifting. However, the salon has a strong commitment to customer service and readily fixes any problems. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even refusing payment for a repair.
If you are looking for a simple single-color manicure, Angel Nails may be a good choice. However, customers seeking unique designs may want to consider other salons.
I had Amy as my nail tech, she was friendly and gave my nails the extra touch. She made sure they were perfect and would occasionally ask if I liked what she was doing to make sure I was happy through the process. I will keep coming back here for my nail needs.
I got a dip set that weirdly lifted off after just a few days, so I called and they said I could come in and get them fixed. I showed them pictures when the first nail popped off and she didn’t ask any further questions, just kindly had me pick a color to redo them. I asked if she could charge me just a little so I could leave a tip since I didn’t have cash, and they very politely refused. She was quick but attentive to my nails! Overall, I was really grateful for their customer service and will definitely return. Not sure what happened with the first set but what mattered was that they graciously fixed it and got a loyal customer out of it :)
I just went today, and got a full set of acrylics, the nail tech was really kind and did beautiful nails for me. I’m definitely coming back and bringing a friendService: Acrylic nails
