I had Amy as my nail tech, she was friendly and gave my nails the extra touch. She made sure they were perfect and would occasionally ask if I liked what she was doing to make sure I was happy through the process. I will keep coming back here for my nail needs.

The ladies are the very nicest. The price is reasonable. They have a difficult time understanding English. I wanted powder dip in ombré with my ring finger done in silver glitter. It took 6 minutes of discussion to convey about the ring finger. I showed them a Pinterest picture of a silver glitter ring finger. I got a beautiful teal glitter ring finger. It was still beautiful and I was OK with it. The other nails were done with two colors of ombré teal at the cuticle only and the rest of the nail natural. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted and her reply was " Ok, ok like you want. ". The other woman returned from her break and I explained to her way I wanted. They did another complete layer over top with blue, no teal, nail and two tone glitter at the cuticle. By this time my nails were 1/4" thick. I you just want a single color without any special designs go for it. Pass if you want something unique pass on this salon.

I got a dip set that weirdly lifted off after just a few days, so I called and they said I could come in and get them fixed. I showed them pictures when the first nail popped off and she didn’t ask any further questions, just kindly had me pick a color to redo them. I asked if she could charge me just a little so I could leave a tip since I didn’t have cash, and they very politely refused. She was quick but attentive to my nails! Overall, I was really grateful for their customer service and will definitely return. Not sure what happened with the first set but what mattered was that they graciously fixed it and got a loyal customer out of it :)
