They use advanced technology, like lasers for fillings, making procedures quick and virtually painless. The team talks children through every step, explains everything clearly, and ensures a positive experience with no tears. Parents appreciate the thorough explanations, the options given for dental work, and the staff's incredible patience and kindness. Many highly recommend it as the best dentist around for children.
We had the most amazing experience today. My daughter had dental work done elsewhere in the past and came in with a lot of anxiety from a bad experience. Today was a complete turnaround. From start to finish, Dr. Bill and the hygienist were incredible — they talked her through every step, explained everything in a way she could understand, and made her feel safe and comfortable. The laser technology used for her filling made a huge difference. The procedure was quick and virtually painless, which helped her stay calm and actually get through the dental work without fear. There were no tears, and she did AMAZING — she even giggled at one point. As a parent, that meant everything to me. I honestly wish we would have started here from the beginning. I am beyond grateful for the patience, kindness, and advanced care they provide. I highly recommend coming here, especially for children who have dental anxiety.
I have struggled with finding my special needs daughter a dentist. Dr. Bill and his team are a GOD SEND! Emily the hygenist worked at her speed taking breaks when needed. She noticed she needed suctioned frequently to help her feel more comfortable. She realized when she was over stimulated and didn't push any further. She went to get Dr Bill. My daughter got out of the exam chair. Dr. Bill picked up right away she was over stimulated, walked slowly to her (careful to stay just outside of personal space), spoke calmly to her, assured her he wasn't going to touch her and just wanted to look in her mouth. Cheyenne let him take a look without a fuss and even high fived him when she was done! I cannot say enough about the staff and this visit. The scheduling person even noted Cheyenne was ready to leave and agreed to call me later to firm up her treatment plan needs.
The staff all are very good at calming nervous patients. I take all 3 of my girls there, I only have one that has a little bit of nerves about what they're going to do. They slow down and take the time to explain what they're going to do and what tools they will be using and explain what they do. it calmed my 6 year old down alot!
