I can't recommend this HVAC company enough! From my very first email, their service has been exceptional. I received a response within hours and easily scheduled an estimate.
Our estimator, Tom, was punctual and took the time to listen to my concerns. He presented a few solid options, and I had a detailed quote with great choices in my inbox the next day. Once I made my decision, they scheduled the installation in a very reasonable timeframe.

We contacted AC Rimmer on recommendation from a neighbor, who had a similar problem with heating/air from a unit installed by another company. ACR responded promptly to my call and had a technician out within a day of my phone call. Both people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and friendly. My wife was home when the technician arrived and said he was very professional, friendly, and addressed an immediate solution to our issue, along with providing other options for the future. We will definitely use AC Rimmer in the future.

Tom Tewell came to discuss my options with replacing my 32 year old AC unit.
He never made me feel as if I had to defend myself against a high-pressure sale.
I was given several options and there was no pressure to make a quick decision.
The team that installed my unit laid down tarps and very kindly did not cause me any clean up once they finished.
Honestly, I highly recommend this company.
Replacing an air conditioner is not a fund way to spend money but this company made it feel less painful.
