Not sure why but the telephone is not MBO's favorite tool. I've learned to call them or stop by. I'm retired so time isn't as important to me as some. As for the accuracy of my returns, MBO is pretty good. MBO and the IRS are usually within a few dollars of each other. As for timeliness, I drop off my stuff then go in and my returned is filled on line. No fuss, no muss … write a check and walk out with my taxes all done. If the IRS and MBO (my) numbers don't match, then MBO figures it out and I deal with the IRS, e.g., usually write a check for ten dollars or so for underpayment. As for MBO charges, MBO is within the boundary of reasonableness, at least for my taxes. If and when I stop trusting MBO to do it's job and to put up with my procrastination, then my review will be a byte more interesting. Recommend their services for their thoroughness and accuracy and the fact that its a good office with good people.

I can not say enough good about the quality service we received at this business. The staff was super friendly and Tim Ohm has always addressed our business with promptness and reliability.
