I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Lorelei Grunwaldt. After having kids and nursing, my breasts depleted and shrunk down to a AA. My goal was to get an augmentation that would look natural and get me back to my original size prior to kids. She respected my vision and I couldn’t be happier!! While it would have been easy for me to go up several cup sizes, she knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t push for me to go bigger. My experience with Dr. Grunwaldt and her office staff was exceptional from thenfirst consultation to my last follow up. She listens to what you desire and genuinely cares that you are satisfied with your results. She does her procedures out of Tri-State Surgical in Washington and one of the staff nurses said Dr. Grunwald will be her surgeon for her procedure. Dr. Grundwalt's training speaks for itself and she has devoted time by sharing her expertise with numerous children in need of corrective cosmetic surgery.
