“We came in for a title transfer close to the closing time, and the notary agent was kind enough to wait for the other party to arrive even closer to when they were supposed to close the office. My paperwork wasn't quite up to date but the agent again was kind enough to assist and renew what was needed so the title transfer could be completed while we were there. Although I'll try to be more prepared next time, I'd most certainly return to this location.”
